The process of the birth and revolutionary development of the current European grand-continental political consciousness is traced over a quarter of a century.
In fact, this concept of a new European imperial “great destiny” was itself a response to the anticipated emergence of the “New Russia” in the course of current European world history: a “New Russia”, seen, therefore, as the predestined revolutionary agent of the abysmal changes that would eventually take place. The call of history, resounding from the depths, won out over the dogmatic sleep of the Russia that was prevented from being. And the “New Russia” itself appeared – or rather, did it not reappear in the course of current history through the providential advent of the “predestined man”, the “absolute concept” Vladimir Putin, embodying the “New Russia” and all that it means in relation to the immense changes already underway or to come in the history of the world caught up in the vertigo of its own final destination.
